What are some interesting piercings/body modifications?

I have nine piercings and a tattoo so far (piercings include my eyebrow, nose, 3 in my left ear, and 4 in my right). I really wanted to get my tongue split or at least pierced, but it's out of the question according to my mom =P

Any other suggestions? Preferably surface piercings, not dermals.

you can always add more holes to your ears/ get them stretched (gauged), or a lip piercing maybe
