What are some of the best (i.e., healthiest) AND readily available fish to eat?

My local market seems to frequently get in fresh salmon and tilapia. But I read somewhere that Tilapia is sort of a fatty fish. What are some other options?

Also, are some of the flash frozen bagged fish I see near the seafood dept. ok? I know they may not be as fresh - I'm more interested in the healty aspects.
