Like Ford F-150's have either 4.6 or 4.7 I cant remember which exactly and the 5.4 as well. Dodge has the 4.7 or 4.8 and the 5.7 hemi. So what are the choices you have for Chevy/gmc?

The 5.3 has been a very good engine for GM, The 5.4 has done well for ford,
the 5.7 is now in dodges

They left out the 6.6 duramax diesel, ford 7.3 powerstroke, dodge 5.9 or 6.7 cummins diesel. Diesel is the way to go, u will have more power and better mpg. And easy to make horsepower/torque or fuel economy with a programmer

I breaks down something like this. The list is engines size followed by the years available. Note this is for half tons only
