The cigarette filters help block most of the
tar and nicotine from entering your lungs.
As long as we smoke we should use these
filters because they to prevent most of the
above mentioned toxins from getting into
our bodies.
I find they work well doing that. I have used
them many years myself and find that it helps
me breathe easier. I have no more yellow stains
on my fingers and my teeth don't discolor
as much either.
