Someone told me that if I don't have a cable box, I should get a DVD/VCR with a built-in tuner because of the digital transition. I get cable, but the coax cable goes directly into the back if the TV and I don't have any "box." Is what my friend said true? Can someone explain to me about tuners and their function.
