what are the best all season tires for 99 acura tl.?

we live in indiana so you never know what the weather will do, not unusual for us to have 10" of snow, or a 1/2" of ice, or a 70 degree day in january 3 days after sub zero temps.lol. anyway, we need advise on the best bang for your buck so-to-speak. quality wins over value, but im not rich and tires can be steep. looking for recommendations that may be close to a $600 budget. gotta be good on ACURA TL and good for slick roads, hot pavement, we get it all here 110 in the summer sometimes, bad on tires. that's why we want quality over value to the highest degree our budget will allow.

any recommendations are very much appreciated
