I show a little english and watch some huntseat shows occasionally, so when watching a western show this weekend I was curious on the styles of clothes used lately and the differences between pleasure and horsemanship.

What are the different styles in shirts from horsemanship compared to pleasure? Any other differences?
Are cuffs more acceptable in one discipline compared to another?
Are collars like this ever still acceptable? http://cowboy.com/user_images/photo619892.gif

In all the westen pleasure horse shows i have been too a collared and long sleeved shirt is always required. Chaps are optional. and a hat or helmet boorts. Anyting sparkly big sparkly belts sparky shirts that match ur saddle pad. also light oiled tack is in style but i still prefer dark oil

The shirts are pretty much the same, though it depends on the size of the show. A lot of horsemanship shirts are more simple. Usually, cuffs are preferred in pleasure and not in horsemanship. Collars like that are fine, though probably in horsemanship and not pleasure.
