What are the differences between logic pro 8 and 9?

I want to get logic pro but I want to get it as cheaply as possible - so I'm deciding whether it's worth getting 9 or not? Is there enough of a difference to make it worth it??

Also, I wanna pay as little as possible for it (legally) so if anyone knows a good website/shop that'd be much appreciated :D
