What are the differences between utorrent and BitTorrent and which should I use?

I use BitTorrent. I need to know:
1. The Differences between utorrent and BitTorrent
2. The Pros and Cons of both
3. Which you would recommend using
 
In my opinion and knowledge they have not any difference except for the name. They have the exact same options and menus, like they were the same software. BitTorrent bought uTorrent and both are the same thing. I use uTorrent as it has a better design. Other parameters are the same.
