what are the effects of smoking hash through pregnacy?

My girlfriend is 28weeks pregnant and has been smoking hash all the way through from the minute she wakes up.She says that its no worse than smoking cigarettes and that hash is good for the baby.I think this is very very selfish on her part.She has even said she would express milk from herself to give to the baby when it arrives.

Any advice welcome.
