Particularly in regards to females, though if you are only aware of the answer when it comes to males, feel free to tell me anyway. Are members of the Royal Air Force required to maintain a certain waist measurement? If so, what is it? Are you guys tested on your level of fitness on a regular basis? How often? Are you required to do push-ups or sit-ups? How many? How long do you have to complete the necessary amount? Are you required to run? How far and how fast? I wanted to add that I've looked this up for myself but did not find helpful info at all, not even on the official website. I also didn't know what term the RAF uses for what the USAF calls PT, so that limited my searching abilities quite a bit. Sam, I refuse to believe that's true :)
