the 13 maya prophecies? well many people say they are lies or they are a hoax but I wish I could know what are the maya prophecies and what are their sources?
 
I hope no one answers you with "Prophesies", because there never, ever were any.

Zero prophesies in the Mayan calender, it simply discontinued 5135 years after its inception.

One should know, the Mayan calender is not a prediction of a future Apocalypse, it is a prediction of Planetary orbits and planetary movement, and NOTHIHNG else.
It is quite genius actually, when taking into consideration, Science was unable to confirm the Mayan orbits until the late 1800's.
 
No-one knows for sure what they say. It's a long dead language that people can only geuss at (and I'm sure many of their geusses are correct.) The 2012 thing has been described as then end of the world or the end of a season, or the end of an era, or the fall of a civilization. But of course people latch onto the end of the world explination because people love apocolypse hype.
