What are the (Nutrition facts) of beer?

I'm drinking Sapporo - made in my region. I really like the silver tall can, a bit slim at the bottom, it is slightly shaped in stripe pattern and the can is really hard and heavy compare to normal cans. I wonder why Guinness cans aren't so special? but I really like the black can and the harp symbol.
I mostly drink beers that are made in my region.
 
Sorry Friend,... I have never drink beer and it is also Haram in our religion (Islam). Islam avoid us to drink it and also pig is haram in our religion. By the way I also knows that beer has no nutrition it only the cause of making man non-sense.
