the can sais that a serving of the tuna in oil is 70 calories, and there are 4 servings,but...is that WITH the oil,do people eat the entire contents of tuna in oil? or is that list on the can NOT including the oil, cose i always drain as much oil off as possible,so,does the oli ad anything?

You can solve this problem by buying tuna packed in water; fewer calories and healthier. And personally I think it tastes better.

Yes, it's w/ the oil.

Buy tun in spring water and you can probalby eat the whole can for 70 calories.

that is with the oil

get tuna in brine it's got no added oil.

you can drain the oil off t will be half the oil calories but that tuna s flakey and wil hold into the oil.

SO if you drain it off and maybe put in a hot pan of water, the oil will rise to the top and you can pour it off- that;\'ll take the calories down. Also pat the tuna dry with a paper towel, it'll soak up any excess and next time get tuna in water or brine.
