i want to work out at home, but i do have only 2 dumb bells. is dumb bells enough? i can't buy barbell or long bar because my room is small.i don't have enough space. and what are the right way to use dumb bells. coz some people are saying that many people who workouts are doing wrong. i mean they don't know the correct way. sorry if my english is not good bcoz it's not my mothertongue.
