If so find out the dollar amount and pay them that amount and the difference to the seller. Then work with the seller and usually you will give them 30 days to get your title after making payment make sure that you get a notarized bill of sale with the sellers name matching the one the title was issued in.Also You would get a VIN inspection done if it is in the same state that you live best to do this when picking up the bike. You can call the local police station and they will come out and verify the VIN for you</blockquote>
