What are the summer vacation dates for adults?

Huh? Adults don't get summer vacation. Only school children get summer vacation.
Or do you mean les grand vacances? There is no such tradition in the US. Very few people get enough vacation to do anything remotely like that. If you get vacation at all, it's usually like 2 weeks. And there is no organized coordinated time to take it. Each person takes their vaction when they can fit it into their work schedule.
