What are you views on the governments proposed price hikes on alcohol?

lets put it this way,

when i was 18 a case of 24 cans was £13, i used to earn £30 a week,

now 24 cans is £13, and i eanr £500 a week.

so putting up the price is a good idea, as it is too cheap,

also before supermarkets were allowed to sell booze, only off licenses could, and they wre just sliightly less than a pub, but now they are much cheaper than the pub.

all the crap caused a tnight, is caused by pissed up people, you odnt seeloads of trouble in the day time,

so i say make it expensive, inline with pubs, so its fair and put soff people getting rat arsed every night.

it has already been decided by govt that it isn't happening

as they think it's unfair to the social drinker

so case closed !

Sounds fair to me......although i would prefer to see the £20 pint introduced asap....and no spirits sold to those under fifty....
