What are your opinions on T Mobile?

Hello, as of right know I am using Virgin Mobile, and at first it was fine but know I highly dislike it. The service is slow and the phones are really expensive. I am wanting to switch to T Mobile but I have a few questions.

1) on the site it says that it is only $50 a month, will that go up? Be honest, I really need real answers!

2) I am wanting to get the iPhone 4s how is the service for it?

3) is using a app that requires wifi considered using web data?

Do you have any other opinions good or bad? Are there any pros or cons for haven a 2 year contract with them? Thanks for the help!
 
AT&T is not going to buy T-Mobile.. That was ditched two years ago. T-Mobile has decent data speeds on HSPA+, but their coverage is just as week as Sprint, if not worse. It all depends on your area. Go ahead and try it, if you have bad signal, return the phone within two weeks and get a refund.
