What are your thoughts on these paradoxes?

Paradox:
It's commonly known as the Theseus' Ship Paradox
Imagine the Theseus' ship (made of wood) was maintained over the years, plank by plank was replaced in the course until no original plank was left.
Now, another ship was built from the the old planks. Which one is the original Theseus' ship - argue both ways if you wish, but imagine that the ship, when it was new, was insured (there was no insurance companies in the ancient Greece but no matter). Which of the 2 ships will be covered now by insurance?

...and

"You will have an exam tomorrow but you will not know the date in advance":. - under which circumstances could this statement be true?

In my opinion, when the planks are taken off the first Theseus, they are then scrap, so the second would be a ship made of scraps. The original will always be an original, and the second would be just an exact replica
