I went to Walmart and the worker said the only problem with the ones with the dvd player is that once the dvd player breaks you cannot use the tv anymore. The tv I am looking at is somewhere else. But the Walmart worker suggested I buy a more expensive model in their store. Was this a sales pitch to get me to spend more money or is that really true. The tv I am looking at does have all the hook up things in the back, so I would think if something happened to the dvd player I could just hook up a new one and that the tv would still work.
