What areas should I work on for football?

Ok, here are my specs:
6' 8"
245 lbs
4.78 40 yard dash
300 bench press
340 squat
350 dead-lift
This season I play TE and DE
Thought maybe FB next year, my team is more run than gun.
16 years old white male
I have pretty good ball handling skills, and can catch as well as any WR.
