Psychedelia and Goth. Both from the colors. Psychedelia because of the flat colors and lack of black spaces. Goth because of the blue and gray color of the faces (and their teeth). It's a bit too pretty to be related to Hairy Who? or one of the Punk movements, but I would definitely say it Psychedeliaand Goth are currents this image knows about.
