...school diploma? im 16 years old and im struggling in high school i'm thinking about getting my GED and going to a community college for about 2 years than transfer over to a university so i can become a Nurse but i wanna know if I get my GED does that mean i would get payed less if i was to become a Nurse since i only have a GED than a someone with a High school diploma thats a nurse

Sorry, but if you are struggling so much through high school, then what makes you think you can get through university any easier. Sorry to say, but just getting through high school is extremely easy for anybody who can read and write English fluently. There's people who barely pick up a book and can graduate high school. You just need to pick up your study habits.

No a GED is the equivalent of a high school diploma. It just takes less time to obtain.
The thing that will determine getting into a university and such will be your ACT scores. You will be required to take this test before applying for a college or university. These scores are what the deans and instructors look at. If they are what they are asking of you then you will have an easier time getting accepted.
Study your heart out for this test though, seriously! It will be one of the most important tests you ever take. You can however take this test more than once, you just have to pay to take it.
Your pay will not be determined by having a GED so don't fret over that.
Good luck and best of wishes! :)
