What can I do legally about a noisey apartment neighbor upsatairs? I have

already complained several times.? I have a very inconsiderate neighbor that lives upstairs. I live in an apartment. I have complained to the management several times.I talked to her directly to let her know about the noise I also called the police a couple of times. The noise is so bad I am embarrassed to have people over because the noise is terribly distracting. I wake up while I am sleeping due to the noise. I am a t a loss just renewed my lease and cannot afford to move It really is an unbearable living situation I need to do something if anyone knows how I can resolve this please let me know.

What kind of management do you have in your building? Are they on site? If they are, they sure are not doing a good job. Every single time that the nose wakes you up, call the police. Eventually, the police will do something it by talking to your management company etc. It is your right to a quiet environment especially at night when you need your rest. You can also complain to the owners of the property...the management company does not respect your rights as a good tenante. Make sure you document every time you have complained to the management company and every time you called the police.
