what can i give a 4 week old kitten?

my brother in law keeps giving my kitten skin milk after i told him that it gives he the poops what can i give the poor kitty that keeps pooping and probably has a upset tummy ive only been giving him baby kitty milk due to he was not wean when some A@#hole hit the mommy is there anything i can give him for his belly?
 
She's only a baby, so you will need to go to the vets and get kitten formula which is made to replicate what the mother makes for them, or buy milk special for cats, which I buy from Wilkinsons for my 7 week olds
 
Don't give it milk as it tears the lining o their stomach give them water
