I recommend the following diet.
MEAL 1:
6 egg whites with 1 oz oatmeal made with water & 1 scoop of flax seeds
MEAL 2:
1.5 scoops of whey with 1 oatmeal package (plain) with 1 scoop of flax and 1 cup of broccoli
MEAL 3:
4 oz chicken
1 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of brown rice
1OZ avocado
MEAL 4:
protein powder muffins and 1 cup of broccoli
MEAL 5:
4 oz turkey
2-3 oz sweet potato
mixed steamed veggies or cauliflower
