What could be causing this? Problem with Internet Explorer..?

Everytime I open up my internet explorer 7 it works for a little while and then says there is an error and needs to close. I've tried hitting debug a bunch of times and it does absolutely nothing. I have firefox too, but I prefer internet explorer...is there anything I can do? Anybody else have this issue?

you could use Internet Explorer's leading competitor:
Mozilla Firefox. Its free and much quicker.

If all else fails, use the program Google Chrome.
Its also free and just as fast. Plus google created it.
