Tonight after warming my van for 10 minutes (-5 below) I had no power to my stereo or heating even though the switches were on. But my display lights were dim along with my headlights.

I turned van off. The van clicks but fails to turn over. As we were waiting to jump start I noticed that my stereo can be turned on (Couldn't earlier). My heater still didn't work. My internal lights can be turned on. My security light is flashing. My headlights were on dim even though the switch was off. My van started beeping at me. My door was open but I closed it and still beeped. My key was not in the ignition. My turn signal is off.

Got it jump started. Took a few tries. It worked for a little bit. I left everything off but my headlights, and display stayed on dim.

I got my struts, oil change, two front tires, back breaks cleaned on the 11th. My battery is only a year old. I have a refurbished alternator which is a year old. 4 months ago I had alternator and battery checked. They were fine.

I was wondering is there something electrical? If so any clue to what? is it my alternator? Don't think it is my battery because it wouldn't run. My terminals are not in good condition had yet to put my new ones on. No corrosion though.
Forgot to say that the serpentine belt turns.
