the library has its PA systems throughout all the floors but it seems like somethings wrong with it. it goes on and off constantly and it really is the most annoying thing ever. it will be on for like 30 seconds then off for a min, then back on again in random intervals. ive tried asking a librarian but she didnt know and when its on, theres no one saying anything, just that airy sound that PA systems make when theres nothing going through it.
