What could cause major positive results on skin allergy testing without...

...ahving actual allergy symptoms? I was recently at an allergy and asthma center and went through skin testing for over 40 different allergens. Normally they wait 15 min but immediately after placing the allergen on my back, I reacted. In 5 min I was itching and burning and my back was fire engine red. They had to wip my back off completely and slather me in benadryl cream then cortizone cream. THe entire office was in looking at my back because they never saw anything like it. I didn't have a little reaction either. It was major! The Dr said with those results, I should be living in a bubble because I wouldn't be surviving too well in the real world because I'm not even taking allergy meds. He said on a scale of 1-10, I was a 10! he never seen anything like this and he was concerned. I also have other things going on. I recently had neck and back surgery. I have nerve damage all over and now knee problems. I'm falling apart. I go to so many Dr's and they guess and treat me for what they think it is. Can something give those kind of results? A nervous system or immune disorder...say like collagen vascular disease? My mother has this disease and so does my family members on my Father's side. Double whammy! I have symptoms of lupus also but the dermatologist said its rosacea. I am confused and now I was told that it looks like I have some kind of nervous system problem going on. I need a direction to go in. What could be causing all of this?
