...not indicate proper attitude? I just bought a 1/3rd share in a 1956 Cessna 172, and when I flew it yesterday i observed that the artificial horizon did not start to move until I was on takeoff roll, and that it never actually indicated properly throughout the flight except once or twice. It seemed to be somewhat random, sometimes it would indicate a bank and descent while climbing wings level. sometimes the opposite. I'm no A&P, but I thought maybe it could have something to do with either A. Vaccuum, or B. the gyro not spinning fast enough. A response from an actual A&P would be great. Thanks
