places like that? well my family is taking me somewhere for my 16th birthday
and i really wanna go somewhere where they serve alcohol at a young age
i look about 19, im tall, big boobs and curves so looking young isnt an issue.

Trust me, you don't look 19. I am 19, and I know what a 16 year old looks like.
 
Cancun is part of America, the age is 21 there to. It doesn't matter how old you look because when you stay at a resort there are two different colored wristbands. You have to present ID to get the legal one, otherwise they won't serve you alcohol. Unless you want to go to some sketchy bar, your SOL
 
.. Your parents are going to let you drink? You can GET alcohol anywhere.
