what do i do once my torrent has downloaded?

i am downloading a movie torrent from mini nova on frostwire, its 100% now how do i watch the movie?
 
You open up the folder it was downloaded to and it should contain either a folder or the movie itself. If it's a folder, click on it to open and the movie should be in it, if not, just click on the movie to open in your media player (realplayer/windows media player/VLC player etc).
