What do i gotta do to get into building or setting up recreation centers and gyms of

sort? More of coming up with the idea of set up and/or creating them. Ive been having some ideas and really think i can do something with them. What kind of studies do i gotta do? Can i start getting into it now, and wondering how long it will take for me to start doing what i gotta do??
