This question is more or less for girls, but any (sensible) critique would be helpful. I'm pretty eager to make an otome within the next few months or so, since I'm really interested in visual novels. What I'd like to know is what you all think the heroine should act like. She's a player character, based on the player of course, with a changeable name, and I want the player to feel like they're really there, epitomized by this girl. What personality traits should I avoid and include? I feel like I already have a nice grasp on personalities when it comes to characters, but any help would be much appreciated!
