What do you think of an ice cream cart for an old style garden party wedding?

A nice idea or a bit tacky? I can't decide, but I like that it would reflect both me and my fiance very well, both of us are known for loving ice cream!

We were thinking maybe something like this:

I should add it's not an overly formal wedding, if that makes a difference either way.
 
Seeing as you said it wouldn't be an overly formal wedding and that you and your fiance are known for loving ice cream, then I think it would perfectly. With the wedding being outside a nice ice cream treat would be great. It might be a bit messy, but like someone else said, I'm sure adults know how to eat properly and kids can be assisted. It's a very nice idea, I've seen others do a candy station at weddings along with a chocolate fountain and the things to dip in it (marshmellows, strawberries, etc.) and those were at really fancier weddings and didn't look to fancy at it, so I'm sure the ice cream cart would work extremely well.

So cute as long as the weather is warm and its outdoors!
You could get flavors in the wedding colors!
