I'm positive it will fit and if it needs to be raised in the engine bay and a tall hood put on then so be it......i would build it for the performance and one of a kind factor as well as the ability to get in excess of 50 mpg if you can put a 700hp 1500 lb-ft 5.9 in a 1/2 ton dodge and get 55 on the highway you should be able to in a 300......what do you think?????</p></blockquote><p></p>
