Donovan Blake, a 32 year-old Hunter of South Africa, in the early 20th century. Donovan, or Don, is quite the fellow; he speaks 12 different African languages and sympathizes with the 'Tribes people' in their plight, yet he does has this air of racial and intellectual superiority about him. He is handsome with his sleek brown hair and blue eyes and athletic but strong body, and slightly enjoys the attention from women. His thoughts and intentions are fair and good-natured, but highly patronizing; he sees the Africans as either little children, or as bloodthirsty savages. Women are either charming frivolous weaker sex, or cunning 'felines'. Children are often annoying to him, but loves to tell stories to the school boys about his thoughts and adventures. Boys are potential and have hidden courage (girls are too busy to listen to men's stories with their gossiping and superstitions). He loves to drink and smoke, and kill a couple of animals as meat or trophies.
But one day, Don found himself attracted to a young woman whom he acts around her either as chivalrous or rude. He saw as a only a woman; the weaker but fairer sex. However, he wanted her to be his woman, he wanted to release his manliness on her, but all for passion and love, as he would believe it so.
