Sorry I did not have enough space for the question mark.I have a feeling that the downtown eastside neighborhood would be a hole different story if Vancouver BC had a high black population becuz black people handle being broke better then white people.When a black person is broke they sell drugs pop gats(handgun) to survive in rough neighborhoods like that,but when a white person is broke they become drug addicts and alcoholics.
