From what i understand, it doesn't have multitasking; iBooks are useless on such a small screen; itouch 2nd gen does not have a camera so it cant use the new 5X zoom pictures, focus video shooting or view photos based on location and faces; and attaching a wireless keyboard to an itouch will be an overkill.
I guess the only 3 additions are: Folders, Create Playlists and Homescreen wallpaper...and i don't know how to do any of those.
Let me know what you think of these or how to use the above 3 features.
