Over the past few months, I have seen the same two numbers at least once a day. The first number has been with me longer. It's the number 12:36. I seem to look at the clock without thought just ask the time is changing to 12:36. I am not exaggerating when I say this happens to me everyday. The other number is 317. I constantly see this on a cop car. I literally see this cop car every-time I go out driving. If anyone can't tell me what this means, then can someone at least provide me with a clue or a means to find the answer. thank you.
