What does it mean when you dream about a family member that already died, dies again?

My Papa (Grandfather) died 4 years ago, and last night I had a dream, well nightmare, and I felt the same pain as before. Me and my two little cousins. But when he died in real life, he was at the hospital, when he died in my dream, he was at home and in both (my dream and real life) he died in his sleep. What does this mean?
