So I had a dream where I was living with my sister, I went to her room and started talking to her. All of a sudden I was slammed against the wall and I could feel something really choking me. I was fighting back but it felt as if I was in a death grip. I couldn't talk so my sister kept on talking and she looked at me smiling and didn't seem to notice.
The pain was so real, that I wonder if I was suffocating in reality. I finally got off of the wall but I could still feel the hands trying to choke me again. It caught me two more times before I finally was able to get away. I left the room and I realized it was a dream. I ended up in a room in the back on the house and I was scared to death. I was telling myself wake up, over and over again. Then suddenly I woke up but in a different dream. I was aware that I was still in my dream and was still afraid. I remember in that part of my dream I had a bad headache. I was just sitting there with a headache for what seemed like 15 minutes. But then my alarm went off and I woke up. My sheets were torn off the bed and my covers were on the ground. I didn't have a headache anymore but that dream was really scary.
Also what does that whole thing with my sister and the spirit choking me mean?
