The other day I have been feeling quite physically drained at work. I went to the shops on my lunch break to get some food and I looked at myself in a nearby mirror.
I noticed my eye pupils were very small, almost pin dot and immediately grew concern over this. I do suffer from anxiety and this certainly didn't help me deal with it making me feel pretty bad.
As soon as I left the shop I took a sip of the drink I bought and felt a bit better and my eyes were kinda back to normal size when I got back to work. I've been searching the internet to find answers as to why my eye pupil went so small in relation to me feeling quite run down. What is the sign for this?
