I'm not 100% on this, but I think she may be in charge of Human Resources. She makes sure the elves have all of the things they need to do their jobs right. She also keeps tabs on all of the bills and chores that need to be done around the North Pole. Santa's the boss, but Mrs. Clause keeps the place running smoothly.
