What does the law say about Business owners or employees or independent contractors?

on carrying or keeping a loaded firearm concealed within a business vehicle in a center console in California. I'm trying to figure out if there has been a law broken. I been reading around and there been a few things i found that it says that a firearm can be concealed with in a place of business does a taxi cab consider a place of business also it doesn't say that the firearm can or cannot be loaded. Also what is consider loaded in the state of California.
