well torrent is something which works on a p2p server unlike others using ftp or http.If u download a song from internet directly then u will be using ftp or http server.But where as torrent ,u ve to go to a torrent site,well tbe best one is www.mininova.org and search for movies,music,software,pictures,tv shows etc..if the search shows a setb of files,in tat u have to select a file which has max seeds,cos seeds are those users srom which u can download it.if a file has zero seeds then it ll never gat downloaded.so once u found a file with good no of seeds,u can download tat torrent.Next step is download a software like bitcomet or utorrent from download.com.install the software.then execute the saved torrent file from tat u will be able to download
