What format will work with both zune and when burning to a dvd?

I bought a dvd ripping software that rips to like 20 different formats. Thoguh i want to rip a dvd to a certain format that will work on burning to another dvd and for my zune. Here are some of the formats that it rips to:MP4, H.264, AVI, WMV, MOV, RM, RMVB, MPG, MPEG, 3GP, 3GPP, MPG, ASF, FLV, VOB, WMA, M4A, AAC, MP3, AC3, WAV........ what formats will work on both my zune and when burning to another dvd?...........if you have any questions contact me at [email protected] THANX
