what gadgets or washes can i use for spots?

hai, i was thinking about buying the neutrogena wave but apparentley it doesnt get rid of spots. Are there any other things like the wave that i can use or do i have to stick with OXY face wash and scrub? If there are any gadgets or things can you tell me how much they cost and where i can buy. I live in the UK. =)

rinse with hot water for like 2 mins then cold straight away, dont use many products like scrubs or oils, differnt skins take differntly to differnt stuff so id say stick to healthy diet no kababs or not gresy foods maybe even stay away from chocolates drink plenty of water and no caffiene

it works for me :)
